The subject of the dissertation "International Criminal Justice" regards the status of the International Criminal justice based on its official establishment known as the "Hague status" and studies the crimes against humanity under the theory principles of criminal Law.
Το θέμα της εργασίας αφορά την Διεθνή Ποινική Δικαιοσύνη - όπως διατυπώνεται στο καταστατικό ίδρυσης του Διεθνούς Ποινικού Δικαστηρίου της Χάγης και εξετάζει τα εγκλήματα κατά της ανθρωπότηταςαπό την οπτική της δογματικής του Ποινικού Δικαίου.
