Use of hotero-Diels-Alder reactions in attempt to compose biological active molecules

Our attempt in this essay was to compose a) a DNA biomimetic molecule, b) monomorine and c) crispine A. The basic stage of each of these three synthesis was an hetero-Diels-Alder cycloaddiction, which would allow us to take advantage of its great potentials.
Στην παρούσα εργασία έγινε προσπάθεια σύνθεσης α) ενός μιμητικού μορίου του DNA, β) της μονομορίνης (3-βούτυλ-5-μεθυλοκταϋδροϊνδολιζίνης) και γ) της κρισπίνης Α. Και οι τρεις συνθέσεις είχαν ως βασικό στάδιο μια κυκλοπροσθήκη ετερο-Diels-Alder, εκμεταλλευόμενες τις πολλές δυνατότητές της αντίδρασης αυτής.
