Preservation of corneal transplants and keratoplasty

There is a referral in the history of corneal transplantation. Following is the anatomy and the physiology of the cornea. Then, there is reterral to the storage media of the donor cornea. Last, we refer to the keratoplasty, full and lamellar.
Γίνεται ιστορική αναδρομή της μεταμόσχευσης του κερατοειδούς, αναφέρεται η ανατομία και η φυσιολογία του κερατοειδούς. Στη συνέχεια αναφέρονται τα μέσα συντήρησης του κερατοειδούς και τέλος η διαμπερής και η τμηματική κερατοπλαστική.
