Στα πλαίσιο της παρούσας εργασίας αναζητήθηκε ο βέλτιστος συνδυασμός εφαρμογών λογισμικού ανοιχτού κώδικα ώστε, με την βοήθεια κατάλληλου προγραμματισμού, να παραχθεί μια αποτελεσματική πλατφόρμα τηλεκπαίδευσης με χρήση ηλεκτρονικών σεμιναρίων.
In the context of this thesis, the optimal combination of open source applications was sought in order to produce – with the help of custom programming – an efficient platform for e-learning through web seminars.
