First of all, I would like to express my gratitude to Dr. Georgountzou Anastasia, supervisor of my dissertation thesis, for her valuable help and guidance during this process. I am also grateful to my students of the 5th Technical Vocational School (TEE), in Heraklion, Crete, with whom I worked throughout the school year and they became the subjects of this case study. I would also like to thank my husband and my family for their support and encouragement since the beginning of this postgraduate program.
