The essence of this thesis is to reach the nucleon of the employees main purpose, the motivation , because from the first hour an employee comes to work until he leaves, everything is done related to the work, is only about the motivation, on how driven is a person on doing something on behalf of another person (organism) and how happy is while is doing it. It is proven that the employee satisfaction leads to guarantee success. A short introduction in the Motivation study would be in connection with a problem which is fascinating and in the same time is giving hard times to the psychologists, but mainly to the organizations’ managers, given by the question: “ why are people motivated to do something?”. To try to build a motivational list on how people tend to engage with something is very hard, but we may try to write a few, as follows: the intrinsic wish on doing something, the social comparison, the social pressure, the personal aspirations, the probability on obtaining the success, the habits, the self esteem1. Entering more deeply into the matter, related to the motivational factors, the thesis proposes to enter into the daily basis work, of a Human Resources Department within a Romanian Greek Bank. The project aim is to emphasize the main challenges/issues faced by the human capital in the banking system, mainly in a Greek bank, in Romania, by highlighting and developing each subject by its own. It would be interesting to follow exactly the steps in a short period of time regarding how much a Human Resources Department can growth as importance in a relatively small period. (EN)
