The nature of the magnetic phase of diluted magnetic semiconductors below the nearest-neighbour percolation threshold (EN)

We propose a new model for the magnetic phase of diluted magnetic semiconductors below the nearest-neighbour percolation threshold. The model is able to explain qualitatively the variation of the susceptibility with temperature and can reproduce reasonably well the transition temperature as a function of concentration. The model uses only the experimentally measured exchange interactions and does not contain any adjustable parameters. (EN)
