Η παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία έρχεται να αντιμετωπίσει τα πιο σημαντικά από τα ζητήματα υλοποίησης ναυλώσεων των πλοίων των ναυτιλιακών εταιρειών. Κύριο μέλημα της εργασίας ήταν αρχικά να εντοπιστούν καταρχήν τα τεχνολογικά ζητήματα εφαρμογής ενός τέτοιου πληροφοριακού συστήματος και να προταθούν τεχνολογικές προσεγγίσεις για την αντιμετώπισή τους.The scope of this thesis was the design and the implementation of a WEB- Based Common Brokering Information System over the Shipping section. The present thesis deals with the more significant issues related to the implementation of a global e-Brokering procedure. Main focus of the thesis was to initially determine the technological aspects of the implementation of a unified Brokering System and to address those aspects by proposing technological approaches to deal with them.
