Transfer of a company and its effect upno the working relationships

The presidential decree 178/2002 regulates the issues which deal the transfers of companies. Its aim is the continuance of the employment relationships by the new employer, as far as their status and content is concerned. In general, the maintenance of the working status is endeavored, as far as possible, so that the employees won't be changes with that kind of employer's decisions and operational changes.
