    "description" : "Η εργασία αυτή ασχολείται με τα περιφερειακά αναπτυξιακά προγράμματα που εφαρμόστηκαν τα περασμένα χρόνια και ακόμα εφαρμόζονται στην Ελλάδα και πιο συγκεκριμένα με όσα εφαρμόστηκαν στο Δήμο Έδεσσας. Η εργασία αποτελείται από τέσσερα κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται η περιφερειακή πολιτική της Ευρώπης, η περιφερειακή πολιτική στην Ελλάδα, δίνεται ο ορισμός της περιφερειακής ανάπτυξης, οι θεωρίες περιφερειακής ανάπτυξης, οι προσδιοριστικοί παράγοντες περιφερειακής ανάπτυξης, οι στόχοι της περιφερειακής ανάπτυξης και η περιφερειακή ανάπτυξη γενικά στην Ελλάδα. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται αναλυτικά τα κυριότερα αναπτυξιακά προγράμματα δηλαδή τα ΚΠΣ1, ΚΠΣ2, και ΚΠΣ3, η ΚΑΠ 2014 - 2020, το ΕΣΠΑ 2014 - 2020 και ΕΣΠΑ 2007 - 2013, το επιχειρησιακό πρόγραμμα ανάπτυξης και τέλος το πρόγραμμα αγροτικής ανάπτυξης. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται τα προγράμματα που υλοποίησε ο Δήμος Έδεσσας. Τέλος, στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο δίνεται η αναλυτική Swot Analysis του Δήμου και στη συνέχεια τα αποτελέσματα από την προσωπική έρευνα σε εργαζόμενο του Δήμου Έδεσσας και συγκεκριμένα στην υπεύθυνη προγραμματισμού κυρία Ψυχογιού και αναφέρονται σε όλα όσα χρησιμοποίησε ο Δήμος από περιφερειακά προγράμματα και σε ποιες δραστηριότητες και περιπτώσεις.",
