    "description" : "Με την εργασία, επιχειρείται η καλύτερη κατανόηση της έννοιας του  «Cloud Computing». Το υπολογιστικό cloud αποτελεί ένα νέο τεχνολογικό μοντέλο βασισμένο σε ήδη υπάρχουσες τεχνολογίες και πρακτικές της Επιστήμης Υπολογιστών, το οποίο διευκολύνει την αποθήκευση, επεξεργασία και χρήση δεδομένων σε απομακρυσμένους, κατανεμημένους και εικονικούς πόρους οι οποίοι είναι προσπελάσιμοι μέσω του διαδικτύου.  \nΗ έννοια του cloud computing έγινε ιδιαίτερα οικεία στους καταναλωτές την τελευταία δεκαετία μέσα από τη χρήση δημοφιλών υπηρεσιών που βασίζονται στη λογική του νέφους και προσδιορίζουν χαρακτηριστικά αυτού, όπως είναι τα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης (Facebook, Twitter, κλπ.).\nΣτη συνέχεια θα αναφερθούμε στα βασικά χαρακτηριστικά του Cloud Computing, και θα επικεντρωθούμε στο υβριδικό νεφο-υπολογιστικό περιβάλλον, καθώς και στο κανονιστικό πλαίσιο και τους περιορισμούς του. Θα εμβαθύνουμε  στα μοντέλα παροχής υπηρεσιών και ανάπτυξης ενός cloud computing.\nΤέλος, γίνεται επισκόπηση των διαφόρων θεμάτων ασφαλείας που προκύπτουν κατά την υιοθέτηση των υπηρεσιών του και στη συνέχεια αναλύεται το θεσμικό πλαίσιο που διέπει την χρήση του. Συγκεκριμένα, περιγράφονται και αναλύονται οι νομικές διαστάσεις του cloud computing σε ότι έχει να κάνει με την προστασία προσωπικών δεδομένων, όπως αυτές ορίζονται τόσο στην Ελλάδα, όσο και στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση.",
