Ένα τέτοιο αποτέλεσμα, που έχει αποδειχθεί ότι επηρεάζεται από τις δραστηριότητες δημοσίων σχέσεων ενός οργανισμού, είναι η φήμη του. Τα δελτία τύπου,οι σχέσεις με το δημοσιογραφικό κόσμο και τα μέσα μαζικής ενημέρωσης είναι κύριο εργαλείο για την άσκηση των λειτουργειών των δημοσίων σχέσεων. Η παρούσα εργασία, μέσα από την ποιοτική ερευνητική μέθοδο, θα προσπαθήσει να δει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο τα δελτία τύπου των ελληνικών επιχειρήσεων γίνονται χρήσιμα εργαλεία επικοινωνίας και δημοσίων σχέσεων.",
