    "description" : "Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία αφορά την κροκοπαραγωγή του συνεταιρισμού Κοζάνης και διερευνά την κοινωνική και οικονομική συμπεριφορά των κροκοπαραγωγών που δραστηριοποιούνται στην περιοχή της Δυτικής Μακεδονίας. Η έρευνα και η συλλογή στοιχείων πραγματοποιήθηκαν στο χωριό Κρόκο του νομού Κοζάνης στην περιφέρεια Δυτικής Μακεδονίας. Πραγματοποιήθηκε συστηματική βιβλιογραφική ερευνά, διερεύνηση του συνεταιρισμού κροκοπαραγωγών με in vivo έλεγχο των στοιχείων που αφορούν την ίδρυση, το καταστατικό και όλες τις σχετικές δραστηριότητες. Σημαντική είναι σαφώς η αναφορά στη συνεργασία του κρόκου με την εταιρεία Κορρές. Τα αποτελέσματα στηρίζονται στην διεξαγωγή τους από ερωτηματολόγια αυτό- αναφοράς, το οποίο συμπληρώθηκε από όσο το δυνατόν περισσότερα μέλη του συνεταιρισμού.  Τα αποτελέσματα δίνουν πληροφορίες σχετικά με την χρησιμότητα του συνεταιρισμού, αλλά και κάποιες γενικά στοιχεία σχετικά με την οικονομική κατάσταση του.",
