    "description" : "Η παρούσα εργασία  μελετά το φυτό του καλαμποκιού και επιχειρεί να εξετάσει διεξοδικά ζητήματα που σχετίζονται με τα θρεπτικά στοιχεία τα οποία έχει ανάγκη ως φυτό για την ανάπτυξη και την αποδοτικότητά του. \nΣτόχος της εργασίας είναι να περιγράψει όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερα το καλαμπόκι και τα προβλήματα με τα οποία σχετίζεται το φυτό τα οποία προκαλούνται από την έλλειψη θρεπτικών στοιχείων και ιδιαίτερα την έλλειψη αζώτου και νερού. Απώτερος σκοπός είναι να μελετηθούν οι δύο αυτές περιπτώσεις ελλείψεων στο καλαμπόκι και να γίνει κατανοητό πως επιδρούν στο φυτό, στην φυσιολογία και την παραγωγικότητά του έτσι ώστε να διεξαχθούν χρήσιμα συμπεράσματα που να αποσαφηνίζουν την σπουδαιότητα ύπαρξης των αναγκαίων ποσοτήτων αζώτου και νερού σε καλλιέργειες καλαμποκιού. \nΗ εργασία αναπτύσσεται περισσότερο σε θεωρητικό επίπεδο και στηρίζεται σε πληροφορίες που συγκεντρώθηκαν και αναλύθηκαν με γνώμονα τις απαιτήσεις της έρευνας. Ακόμη, περιλαμβάνει ένα πειραματικό μέρος μέσω του οποίου επιχειρείται να προσδιοριστεί η επίδραση της μειωμένης άρδευσης και λίπανσης στην απόδοση και την φυσιολογία του καλαμποκιού.",
