    "description" : "Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία εξετάζει τα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά των αυγών ορνίθων κλωβοστοιχείας στο σιτηρέσιο των οποίων είχε προστεθεί αποξηραμένο τσάι του βουνού (Sideritis scardica) σε ποσότητα 1% και 2% σε σχέση με τα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά των αυγών από τη μεταχείριση μάρτυρες. Τα αυγά εξετάστηκαν ως προς το βάρος τους και τα βάρη των επιμέρους συστατικών τους (κέλυφος, λεύκωμα, λέκιθος), το χρώμα της λεκίθου, την περιεκτικότητα της λεκίθου σε καροτενοειδή και τα ολικά στερεά των επιμέρους συστατικών αυγού (λεύκωμα, λέκιθος).  Τα αποτελέσματα της παρούσης εργασίας έδειξαν ότι η προσθήκη αποξηραμένου τσαγιού του βουνού στο σιτηρέσιο αυγοπαραγωγών ορνίθων δε βελτίωσε τα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά των παραγόμενων αυγών.",
