    "description" : "Ο στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να αναλυθεί η εξέλιξη του δημόσιου ελλείμματος και χρέους στην Ελλάδα καθώς και να γίνει η σύγκρισή τους με την Ευρωπαϊκή Εμπειρία. Η διάρθρωση της εργασίας πραγματοποιείται σε 5 κεφάλαια. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται αναφορά σε κάποια εισαγωγικά στοιχεία σχετικά με το δημόσιο χρέος και έλλειμμα, για την καλύτερη κατανόηση των εννοιών αυτών. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η εξέλιξη του δημόσιου χρέους και ελλείμματος στην Ελλάδα από το 1975-2016, καθώς επίσης γίνεται και σύγκριση με τις χώρες της Ευρωζώνης για την περίοδο 2000-2016. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζεται η διάρθρωση και εξέλιξη των δημόσιων δαπανών και δημόσιων εσόδων τόσο στη χώρα μας όσο και στην Ευρωζώνη, δηλαδή γίνεται αναφορά στα βασικά αίτια δημιουργίας του δημόσιου ελλείμματος και κατά συνέπεια του δημόσιου χρέους. Στη συνέχεια στο\nτέταρτο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται κάποια μέσα πολιτικής για την αντιμετώπιση του υπερβολικού δημόσιου ελλείμματος και χρέους της χώρας μας ενώ στο τελευταίο μέρος παρατίθενται τα βασικά συμπεράσματα της εργασίας καθώς και προτάσεις για τη\nβελτίωση των δημοσιονομικών στοιχείων. Η δυσκολία στην συγγραφή της εργασίας αφορούσαν στο μεγαλύτερο μέρος στην αξιοπιστία στατιστικών στοιχείων και υπάρχουν κάποιες αποκλίσεις στα αριθμητικά στοιχεία. Η περιγραφική στατιστική\nχρησιμοποιήθηκε ως βασική μεθοδολογία.",
