    "description" : "Ο σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η εμπειρική διερεύνηση των συνθηκών υπό των οποίων κρίνεται κατάλληλη η εγκατάσταση και καλλιέργεια ενός αμπελώνα στις αμπελουργικές περιοχές Δράμας – Καβάλας.\nΗ φήμη και η μακροχρόνια παράδοση που φαίνεται να χαρακτηρίζει τις εν λόγω περιοχές γύρω από την τέχνη της οινοποιίας, γεννούν άμεσα ενδιαφέρον για πιο ενδελεχή έρευνα και μελέτη.\nΗ μέθοδος που ακολουθήθηκε για την συλλογή των συγγραφικών δεδομένων ήταν η εκ του σύνεγγυς γνωριμία με τους χώρους και τους ανθρώπους των οινοποιείων οι οποίοι με μεγάλη προθυμία δέχθηκαν να απαντήσουν στις ερωτήσεις μου και να μοιραστούν περαιτέρω χρήσιμες πληροφορίες για την εργασία μου.\nΟι διαδικασίες που περιγράφονται στο κύριο μέρος - προπαρασκευαστικές ενέργειες, φύτευση, εγκατάσταση, συντήρηση της αμπέλου - ακολουθούν την πραγματική χρονική σειρά των βημάτων που απαιτούνται για τη δημιουργία ενός λειτουργικού αμπελώνα.\nΣυμπερασματικά, οι αμπελουργικές περιοχές Δράμας – Καβάλας ενδείκνυνται για την καλλιέργεια της αμπέλου λόγω των δεδομένων που παρουσιάζουν όπως μικροκλίμα, υψόμετρο και σύσταση του εδάφους. Το υγρό κλίμα της περιοχής σε συνδυασμό με τις ευαισθησίες που παρουσιάζει το αμπέλι ως οργανισμός δημιουργεί την ανάγκη για συνεχή παρακολούθηση προς αποφυγή ασθενειών.",
