    "description" : "Είναι γνωστό ότι οι εμπορικές συναλλαγές και οι άμεσες ξένες επενδύσεις είναι από τους σημαντικότερους παράγοντες της οικονομικής ανάπτυξης κάθε χώρας. Οι εξαγωγείς επιχειρούν μέσω του ανταγωνισμού να εισέλθουν σε ξένες αγορές, χρησιμοποιώντας τεχνολογία καινοτομίας και παραγωγής. Οι άμεσες ξένες επενδύσεις αυξάνουν την ικανότητα εξαγωγής στη χώρα υποδοχής, με αποτέλεσμα την αύξηση του κέρδους σε συνάλλαγμα κυρίως στις αναπτυσσόμενες χώρες. Αυξάνουν επίσης την παροχή πόρων για τις εγχώριες επενδύσεις, ενθαρρύνουν τη δημιουργία νέων θέσεων εργασίας, ενισχύσουν τη μεταφορά τεχνολογίας και την αύξηση της συνολικής οικονομικής ανάπτυξης. Η επιρροή καθεμιάς από τις δύο μεταβλητές, δηλαδή τις άμεσες ξένες επενδύσεις και τις εξαγωγές στην οικονομική ανάπτυξη έχουν μελετηθεί σε πολλές χώρες χρησιμοποιώντας διαφορετικές χρονικές περιόδους, καθώς και οικονομετρικές προσεγγίσεις και μεθόδους. Τα αποτελέσματα πολλών μελετών σχετικά με τον αντίκτυπο των εξαγωγών και των άμεσων ξένων επενδύσεων στην οικονομική ανάπτυξη των αναπτυσσόμενων δίνουν θετικά στοιχεία.  Υπάρχουν σημαντικές αλληλεπιδράσεις και ισχυρές σχέσεις μεταξύ ΑΞΕ, με τις εγχώριες επενδύσεις, τις εξαγωγές, το ανθρώπινο κεφάλαιο και την οικονομική ανάπτυξη (Pegkas -Tsamadias, 2016).Πιο συγκεκριμένα, οι εισροές άμεσων ξένων επενδύσεων μπορούν να διαδραματίσουν ζωτικό ρόλο στις χώρες υποδοχής, διότι αυτό αυξάνει την προσφορά κεφαλαίων για εγχώριες επενδύσεις, μέσω της γνώσης (Findlay 1978). Επιπλέον, οι εισροές ΑΞΕ όχι μόνο μπορούν να αυξήσουν την εξαγωγική ικανότητα της χώρας υποδοχής, αλλά και να δημιουργήσουν νέες θέσεις εργασίας (Σταματίου - Δρυτσάκης 2013). Στην παρούσα διπλωματική εργασία θα πραγματοποιηθεί μία προσπάθεια έρευνας αυτών των αλληλεπιδράσεων αναλύοντας την Ελληνική πραγματικότητα από την δεκαετία του 1990 μέχρι και σήμερα. Τέλος θα παρατεθούν τα συγκριτικά αποτελέσματα και συμπεράσματα που προκύπτουν από την σχέση ΑΞΕ, εξαγωγών και ανάπτυξης ειδικά για την χώρα μας.",
