Τα προϊόντα αυτά οφείλουν την κάθε τους ιδιαιτερότητα στον τόπο που βρίσκονται, στην πρώτη ύλη που χρησιμοποιείται καθώς και στον τρόπο παραγωγής τους.\n\nΟ σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να η ανάλυση των αποτελεσμάτων των ερωτηματολογίων που μοιράστηκαν για την περιοχή της Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας και Θράκης καθώς και η αναφορά σε μερικούς ορισμούς των πιστοποιημένων παραδοσιακών προϊόντων. Επιπρόσθετα καταγράφονται τα ΠΟΠ και τα ΠΓΕ προϊόντα της συγκεκριμένης περιφέρειας που διεξήχθη η έρευνα. \n\nΗ έρευνα που πραγματοποιήθηκε στο πλαίσιο της εργασίας σχετίζεται με την διερεύνηση της καταναλωτικής συμπεριφοράς του καταναλωτή απέναντι στα πιστοποιημένα παραδοσιακά προϊόντα.  Η συλλογή των στοιχείων έγινε με τη χρήση ερωτηματολογίου τα οποία μοιράστηκαν στην περιφέρεια Ανατολικής Μακεδονίας και Θράκης. Τα ερωτηματολόγια που μοιράστηκαν ήταν 100 κάποια θεωρήθηκαν άκυρα λόγω ελλιπούς συμπλήρωσης τους. Για αυτό το λόγο κρατήσαμε τα 83 ερωτηματολόγια.",
