    "description" : "Με την εξέλιξη της τεχνολογίας και την δημιουργία συνεχώς καινούργιων αποθηκευτικών μέσων, ο άνθρωπος συγκεντρώνει καθημερινά μεγάλο όγκο δεδομένων. Με την συσσώρευση όμως μεγάλου όγκου δεδομένων το επίπεδο δυσκολίας για την κατανόηση και την αντίληψη των δεδομένων αυξάνεται. Το ίδιο συμβαίνει και με τις επιχειρήσεις – εταιρείες, καθώς το επίπεδο δυσκολίας κατανόησης των δεδομένων σε σύγκριση με έναν απλό χρήστη είναι αρκετά υψηλότερο. Τέτοιου είδους προβλήματα, έρχεται να τα επιλύσει η τεχνολογία που είναι γνωστή ως:  αναζήτηση γνώσης σε βάσεις δεδομένων (Knowledge Discovery in Databases ). \nΣε αυτή την εργασία εφαρμόζονται τεχνικές αναζήτησης γνώσης για ανάκτηση χρήσιμης πληροφορίας σε μια βάση CPU (Κεντρική Μονάδα Επεξεργασίας) οποία δημιουργήθηκε στο Πανεπιστήμιο του Tel – Aviv στο Ισραήλ και αφορά διάφορες τιμές απόδοσης σε κύκλους μηχανής διάφορων cpu από διάφορους κατασκευαστές. Τα δεδομένα αφού εξετάστηκαν και καθαρίστηκαν, μετασχηματίστηκαν και φορτώθηκαν σε μια σχεσιακή βάση δεδομένων στον SQL Server 2005. Χρησιμοποιήθηκε το περιβάλλον του SQL Server 2005 και οι αλγόριθμοι αναζήτησης γνώσης που περιέχει για να δημιουργηθούν κανόνες και μοντέλα που θα ανιχνεύουν και θα προβλέπουν την απόκλιση της δημοσιευμένης σχετικής απόδοσης από την εκτιμώμενη σχετική απόδοση. \nΕξόρυξη γνώσης, Διαδικασία KDD, Εφαρμογές, Μοντέλα πληροφόρησης-πρόβλεψης, Αλγόριθμοι εξόρυξης γνώσης , MS SQL Server  2005, MS Management Std,  Business Intelligence Development Std.",
