    "description" : "Η παρούσα πτυχιακή διατριβή πραγματεύεται την invitroπαραγωγή φυτών του υποκειμένου αμυγδαλοροδακίνου GF-677 (PrunuspersicaxPrunusamygdalus), και σκοπός της ήταν ο επιτυχής πολλαπλασιασμός του υποκειμένου με τη μέθοδο της ιστοκαλλιέργειας. Για την υλοποίηση του πειράματος, μετά από μελέτη της βιβλιογραφίας, επιλέχθηκαν μοσχεύματα σκληρού ξύλου από βλαστούς που συλλέχθηκαν σε φυτώριο. Το θρεπτικό υπόστρωμα που χρησιμοποιήθηκε για τη βλαστογένεση του υποκειμένου ήταν τοMS των Murashigeκαι Skoog (1962). Πραγματοποιήθηκαν 5 εγκαταστάσεις σε διαφορετικό χρόνο (άνοιξη, καλοκαίρι, φθινόπωρο) και δοκιμάστηκαν διαφορετικοί τρόποι απολύμανσης (αλκοόλη 70%, NaOClκαι μυκητοκτόνο) του φυτικού υλικού όσον αφορά το μέσο και το χρόνο απολύμανσης. Μετά το πέρας του πειράματος λήφθηκε ο αριθμός των μοσχευμάτων που βλάστησαν, με αυτά της άνοιξης να δίνουν τα καλύτερα ποσοστά πολλαπλασιασμού (35,59%) ενώ η μεταφορά τους σε υπόστρωμα ριζοβολίας δεν κατέστη δυνατή εξαιτίας των μολύνσεων που έφθασαν το 100% των συνολικών δοκιμών.",
