Επίσης, αναφέρονται οι πρωτοβουλίες που υποστηρίζουν τις γυναίκες, η κατάρριψη των στερεοτύπων και τα ποσοστά με τις περισσότερες γυναίκες σε υψηλές θέσεις στην Ελλάδα αλλά και σε άλλες χώρες. Τέλος, γίνεται αναφορά σε  προγράμματα και δράσεις γυναικείας ηγεσίας αλλά και βραβεύσεις, πάνω στο έργο τους να ηγηθούν σε διαφορετικούς επιχειρηματικούς χώρους.",
