    "description" : "Η χλωρίδα της χώρας μας, λόγω εδαφικών κλιματικών συνθηκών, παρουσιάζει διεθνές ενδιαφέρον, γιατί είναι από τις πλουσιότερες της Ευρώπης. Σύμφωνα με μια στατιστική, η Ελλάδα έχει την πρώτη θέση σε ενδημικά φυτά με 700 περίπου είδη. Ένας μεγάλος αριθμός από τα φυτά της χώρας μας είναι αρωματικά και φαρμακευτικά, δηλαδή περιέχουν ουσίες χρήσιμες για την αρωματοποιία, τη σαπωνοποιία, την φαρμακευτική, τη ζαχαροπλαστική κλπ.\nΤα φυτά αυτά κυκλοφορούν στην Ελληνική αγορά είτε συσκευασμένα, είτε ασυσκεύαστα. Τα ασυσκεύαστα τα βρίσκουμε στα διάφορα καταστήματα, μέσα σε σάκους ή σε ματσάκια. Τα τελευταία χρόνια παρατηρείται και εισαγωγή τέτοιων φυτών από χώρες κυρίως της Βαλκανικής χερσονήσου. Αυτά είναι συσκευασμένα μέσα σε κουτάκια και προορίζονται για θεραπεία διαφόρων παθήσεων.\nΣκοπός αυτής της πτυχιακής μελέτης είναι μια συνοπτική παρουσίαση των ενδημικών και φαρμακευτικών φυτών της Ελλάδας. Ακόμα γίνεται μια παρουσίαση στοιχείων, που αναφέρονται στην καλλιέργεια των φαρμακευτικών φυτών στους Νομούς της χώρας.",
