    "description" : "Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της εργασίας μας μιλάμε για τις χρηματοοικονομικές καταστάσεις. Αναλύουμε τη σημασία τους και τη σπουδαιότητα τους στην κατανόηση της οικονομικής πορείας και κατάστασης των εταιρειών. Αναφερόμαστε αναλυτικά στα διάφορα είδη των χρηματοοικονομικών καταστάσεων, στον τρόπο που γίνεται ο έλεγχος τους, στα είδη ελέγχου που υπάρχουν και εξηγούμε τις μεθόδους που χρησιμοποιούμε για την ανάλυσή τους. Στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο, αναφερόμαστε στους αριθμοδείκτες και στη χρησιμότητά τους και αναλύουμε λεπτομερώς τους αριθμοδείκτες ρευστότητας, τους αριθμοδείκτες δραστηριότητας, τους αριθμοδείκτες κεφαλαιακής δομής και τους αριθμοδείκτες αποδοτικότητας. Αν και οι αριθμοδείκτες που θα μας απασχολήσουν είναι αυτοί της αποδοτικότητας και της ρευστότητας, θεωρήσαμε σημαντικό να αναφερθούμε και στους αριθμοδείκτες κεφαλαιακής δομής και δραστηριότητας ώστε να παρέχουμε μια πιο ολοκληρωμένη εικόνα. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο, αναφερόμαστε στο Financial Fair Play της UEFA καθώς και οι τέσσερις ομάδες με τις οποίες θα ασχοληθούμε παίρνουν μέρος στις Ευρωπαϊκές διοργανώσεις και επομένως θα πρέπει να τηρούν τα οικονομικά κριτήρια που έχει θέσει η UEFA. Στο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο, παρουσιάζουμε την ιστορία των τεσσάρων ΠΑΕ ΠΑΟΚ, Ολυμπιακός, ΑΕΚ και ΠΑΟ και στο πέμπτο και τελευταίο κεφάλαιο προχωράμε στην ανάλυση των χρηματοοικονομικών τους καταστάσεων και των αριθμοδεικτών ρευστότητας και αποδοτικότητας.",
