    "description" : "Στόχος της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η εξέταση των επικοινωνιακών κρίσεων που αναδύονται σε επιχειρήσεις και οργανισμούς και οι στρατηγικές που ακολουθούνται για τη διαχείριση των κρίσεων αυτών με απώτερο στόχο την αποκατάσταση της εικόνας και τη βιωσιμότητα μέσα ένα σύγχρονο ανταγωνιστικό πλαίσιο. Εξετάζεται ακόμα η περίπτωση των φυλετικών κρίσεων που είναι αρκετά συνηθισμένες στο σύγχρονο οργανωτικό περιβάλλον και ο αντίκτυπος που έχουν στη λειτουργία των οργανισμών. Τα μέσα κοινωνικής δικτύωσης (social media) αποτελούν πλέον κεντρική επιλογή των οργανισμών στις στρατηγικές διαχείρισης των κρίσεων, καθώς μπορούν να συμβάλουν σε μεγάλο βαθμό στην αποτροπή ή τον μετριασμό των κρίσεων. Αντικείμενο της μελέτης περίπτωσης αποτελεί η φυλετική κρίση που αναδύθηκε στο εξωτερικό περιβάλλον ξενοδοχειακής αλυσίδας, καθώς και οι στρατηγικές διαχείρισης που επιλέχθηκαν για την αντιμετώπισή της. Η έρευνα διεξάγεται με την ποσοτική μέθοδο και αποσκοπεί στην εξέταση του τύπου στρατηγικής που έχει τη μεγαλύτερη επίδραση σε χρήστες του Twitter.",
