    "description" : "Η εργασία αυτή αναφέρεται στο σημαντικό και επίκαιρο θέμα της κατάστασης της αγοράς των βιολογικών προϊόντων στην Ελλάδα. Ειδικότερα αναφέρεται στην κατάσταση που επικρατεί στην βιολογική αγορά της Ελλάδας σε σύγκριση με την κατάσταση που επικρατεί στον αντίστοιχο τομέα στην Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης. Ειδικότερα εξετάζεται το μέγεθος της Ευρωπαϊκής και της αντίστοιχης Ελληνικής Αγοράς Βιολογικών Προϊόντων. Αναφέρονται οι φορείς πιστοποίησης, ο έλεγχος, η σήμανση και η πιστοποίηση που πραγματοποιούνται σε καθεμία από αυτές. Έπειτα, ο φακός στρέφεται στους μικροπαραγωγούς και τις προτιμήσεις των καταναλωτών της Ελλάδας. Συγκεκριμένα, αναφέρονται οι δυσκολίες που αντιμετωπίζουν οι παράγωγοι καθώς και οι ενέργειες τους για την αντιμετώπιση των προβλημάτων αυτών. Επίσης παρουσιάζονται οι λόγοι για τους οποίους οι καταναλωτές επιλέγουν ή όχι τα βιολογικά προϊόντα. Τέλος, τα αποτελέσματα που προκύπτουν είναι ότι υπάρχει ένα τεράστιο περιθώριο ανάπτυξης και βελτίωσης της αγοράς των βιολογικών προϊόντων. Επίσης, βλέπουμε τα προβλήματα στην πληροφόρηση, την χρηματοδότηση και στις σχέσεις των καταναλωτών με τα βιολογικά προϊόντα που χρειάζεται να αντιμετωπιστούν για την ανάπτυξη του κλάδου των βιολογικών προϊόντων.",
