    "description" : "Διεξάγοντας  την  συγκεκριμένη πτυχιακή εργασία με τίτλο \" Μύθοι και αλήθειες για το μητρικό θηλασμό\" , αποσκοπούμε στην παροχή σημαντικών γνώσεων και πληροφοριών ώστε να βοηθηθούν κυρίως  μητέρες του σήμερα και του αύριο καθώς και επιστήμονες που σχετίζονται με το συγκεκριμένο θέμα. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι να αναπτυχθούν όλες οι πλευρές του φάσματος με θέμα το μητρικό θηλασμό ώστε να καλυφθούν όλα τα κενά και οι απορίες που προκύπτουν. Θέματα που αφορούν το μαστό, το  μητρικό γάλα, τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματα στο γενικότερο πλαίσιο της κοινωνίας,  τους λόγους αποτυχίας του θηλασμού και τι παραλείπεται από αυτόν, καθώς και να καταρριφθούν οι λαθεμένοι μύθοι που έχουν παγιωθεί κατά τη διάρκεια χρόνων και τέλος το ρόλο της μαίας σε όλη αυτή τη διαδικασία. Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τη βιβλιογραφική ανασκόπηση, όπως επίσης και η διαδικτυακή αναζήτηση συλλέξαμε πολύτιμες πληροφορίες που μας φάνηκαν ιδιαίτερα χρήσιμες στην διεξαγωγή της εργασίας.  Συγκεκριμένα, λαμβάνοντας υπόψη το κάθε κεφάλαιο ξεχωριστά θα δούμε αναλυτικά πληροφορίες για την ανατομία του μαστού, την ανάπτυξη και τη λειτουργία του μαστού, τη δομή του μαστικού αδένα, τον κύκλο του μαστού σε όλες τις ηλικίες. Αυτά όσον αφορά το πρώτο κεφάλαιο. Έπειτα στο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο θα δούμε την διαδικασία παραγωγής γάλακτος, τις ορμόνες που συμβάλλουν στην διαδικασία αυτή, καθώς και την σύσταση του μητρικού γάλακτος. Στο τρίτο κεφάλαιο βλέπουμε τα πλεονεκτήματα και τα μειονεκτήματα του θηλασμού, τις αιτίες αποτυχίας του θηλασμού και κάποια πράγματα που δεν πρέπει να ξεχνάμε σχετικά με το θηλασμό. Στο τέταρτο και προτελευταίο κεφάλαιο θα υπάρχουν οι μύθοι και οι αλήθειες σχετικά με το θηλασμό, το οποίο είναι και το θέμα της εργασίας μας, και τέλος στο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο θα είναι ο ρόλος της μαίας στο μητρικό θηλασμό. Όπως γίνεται ήδη κατανοητό από τον τίτλο της εργασίας το περιεχόμενο θα εστιαστεί κυρίως στους μύθους και τις αλήθειες γύρω από τον μητρικό θηλασμό.",
