    "description" : "Στην παρούσα εργασία γίνεται λόγος για τη λειτουργία των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων και τις προοπτικές ανάπτυξής τους στην περιφέρεια της Δυτικής Μακεδονίας και πιο συγκεκριμένα στην ενότητα Κοζάνης. Ειδικότερα, αναλύεται η δομή και η λειτουργία των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων και πώς αυτές ασκούν οικονομική δραστηριότητα στην Ελλάδα και στην περιφέρεια Δυτικής Μακεδονίας και την ενότητα Κοζάνης. Στη συνέχεια, αφού παρουσιάζεται μία σύντομη οικονομική ανάλυση της ελληνικής οικονομίας σε εθνικό και περιφερειακό επίπεδο (NUTS 2, NUTS 3), εντοπίζονται οι επιδράσεις των πρόσφατων οικονομικών κρίσεων στη λειτουργία των ΜμΕ (παγκόσμια χρηματοπιστωτική κρίση του 2008, κρίση της πανδημίας του Covid-19). Τέλος, κατόπιν της παραπάνω ανάλυσης, γίνονται μερικές προτάσεις για τον τρόπο που μπορούν οι ΜμΕ να αναπτυχθούν εντός της περιφερειακής ενότητας Κοζάνης.",
