    "description" : "Σκοπός της παρούσας εργασίας είναι η ιστορική αναδρομή των ρυθμών της επιπλοποιίας και της ιστορίας του επίπλου, με συνοπτική διαδοχή των διάφορων στυλ επιπλοποιίας τα οποία ακολούθησαν στο δυτικό κόσμο, και τα οποία έχουν ως εξήγηση τις μεταβολές κατασκευής του επίπλου σε κοινωνικό και οικονομικό επίπεδο οι οποίες και επηρεάζουν τις ανάγκες και απαιτήσεις των χρηστών. Η προσέγγιση γίνεται κυρίως με τεχνολογικά, όχι εικαστικά κριτήρια. Η δομή της εργασίας έχει ως εξής. Στο Κεφάλαιο 1 πραγματοποιείται η ιστορική αναδρομή του επίπλου και παρουσιάζονται οι κύριοι τύποι κουζίνας. Στο Κεφάλαιο 2 παρουσιάζονται τα διάφορα είδη σύγχρονων κουζινών, τα τεχνικά χαρακτηριστικά, τα πλεονεκτήματα και μειονεκτήματά τους. Ακολουθεί το brainstorming, ο σχεδιασμός του επίπλου και τα τεχνικά του χαρακτηριστικά. Στο Κεφάλαιο 3 παραθέτουμε τους λόγους για τους οποίους μπορεί το έπιπλο της κουζίνας που σχεδιάστηκε είναι λειτουργικό ώστε να μπορεί να το εντάξει ο χρήστης στην καθημερινότητά του. Ακολουθούν τα συμπεράσματα και η βιβλιογραφία.",
