    "description" : "Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία κάνει μνεία στις αξίες αλλά και την εν γένει συμπεριφορά ενός ηγέτη στις Ένοπλες Δυνάμεις. Κατά κύριο λόγο θα ασχοληθούμε με τα χαρακτηριστικά, τη συγκρότηση, τις φυσικές και πνευματικές ικανότητες του ηγέτη και τις αρχές ηγεσίας. Παρατίθενται συμβουλευτικές οδηγίες για τους μικρούς ηγήτορες όπως και οδηγίες για την αντιμετώπιση του άγχους κατά την εκπαίδευση και τη μάχη. Μέσα από την συγκεκριμένη πτυχιακή εργασία ορίζουμε ότι οι ικανοί ηγήτορες αναδεικνύονται μέσα από τον οργανισμό στον οποίο δραστηριοποιούνται χωρίς την ύπαρξη του οποίου δεν μπορούν να επιτύχουν, αλλά ούτε να αναδειχθούν. Τέλος οι ηθικές αρχές και αξίες για την επιτυχία ενός ηγέτη δεν είναι ετικέτες που κάποιος τις φέρει και έχει καταφέρει να τις αποκτήσει αλλά είναι απαραίτητα χαρακτηριστικά και ιδιότητες που κατέχονται ή και διδάσκονται αλλά κυρίως ασκούνται και βελτιώνονται με την επανάληψη.",
