    "description" : "Στην παρούσα εργασία,  μελετάται το διαχρονικό ζήτημα των Γενετικά  Τροποποιημένων Τροφίμων, το οποίο είναι πολυδιάστατο και ''αγγίζει'' πτυχές -πέραν της επιβίωσης του ανθρώπου και της φύσης-  που αφορούν το ανθρώπινο αξιακό σύστημα και το νόημα της ίδιας της ζωής. Η ιδιαιτερότητα του ζητήματος αυτού έγκειται στο  ότι  παραμένει ''ζωντανό'' και επίκαιρο, λόγω των συνεχιζόμενων  και ταχύτατων   εξελίξεων στον τομέα των Βιοτεχνολογικών Επιστημών. \n Σκοπός της εργασίας  είναι, η σφαιρική  αποτύπωση του ζητήματος των  Γενετικά Τρποποιημένων Τροφίμων, μέσω της καταγραφής της ''διαδρομής'' τους, η οποία εστιάζει στην ισότιμη ανάδειξη αφενός  των παραμέτρων επικινδυνότητας και αφετέρου των διαδικασιών που μπορούν να λειτουργήσουν ως ''προστατευτικοί  παράγοντες''.\n  Η συνεισφορά της -ευελπιστεί να- είναι, η  ''φώτιση'' όλων των οπτικών με μια αντικειμενική ματιά, έτσι ώστε τα πολύ σημαντικά επιτεύγματα των Βιοτεχνολογικών Επιστημών, να  ''συνυπάρχουν ειρηνικά'' με τον άνθρωπο και το φυσικό περιβάλλον και να αποβαίνουν πραγματικά ωφέλιμα.",
