    "description" : "Η  διαδικασία  της  κονσερβοποίησης  είναι  μια  από  τις  πιο  συνηθισμένες  μεθόδους  επεξεργασίας  των  τροφίμων  με  σκοπό  την  συντήρησή  τους.\nΗ  κονσερβοποίηση  συνίσταται  στην  θέρμανση  των  τροφίμων  εντός  κλειστών  δοχείων  με  στόχο  την  καταστροφή  των  μικροοργανισμών,  που  θα  μπορούσαν  να  προκαλέσουν  αλλοίωση  στο  τρόφιμο  ή  βλάβη  στην  υγεία  των  καταναλωτών. Η  μικροβιολογία  είναι  πάντα  απαραίτητη  όταν  κάποιος  ασχολείται  με  τα  τρόφιμα,  αλλά  είναι  ιδιαίτερα  με  ελάχιστα  επεξεργασμένα  τρόφιμα.  Ο  σκοπός  της  αυτής  της  εργασίας  είναι  να  δείξουμε  ορισμένους  από  τους  τρόπους  συσκευασίας  που  έχουν  εφαρμοστεί  μέχρι  σήμερα.",
