Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη τις χρηματοοικονομικές καταστάσεις τριών μεγάλων οινοποιητικών επιχειρήσεων του κτήματος Κυρ-Γιάννη, του κτήματος Χατζημιχάλη και του κτήματος Τσιληλή. Μελετήθηκε η πορεία και η εξέλιξή τους κατά τα τελευταία πέντε (5) χρόνια (2014-2018) μέσω της συγκριτικής ανάλυσης των λογιστικών καταστάσεων τους και μέσω των δεικτών ρευστότητας, των δεικτών δραστηριότητας, των δεικτών αποδοτικότητας και των δεικτών διάρθρωσης κεφαλαίων.",
