    "description" : "Η πτυχιακή εργασία πραγματοποιήθηκε στα πλαίσια διερεύνησης της σημασίας των εργασιακών σχέσεων μέσα στον εργασιακό χώρο της επιχείρησης και συγχρόνως τη σημαντικότητά τους ανάμεσα στους εργαζομένους και τους εργοδότες. Στα πρώτα εφτά κεφάλαια γίνεται πλήρης αναφορά στις εργασιακές σχέσεις. Ξεκινώντας εννοιολογικά για το τι είναι οι εργασιακές σχέσεις, τους παράγοντες που τις καθορίζουν προκειμένου να αναπτυχθούν, την επικοινωνία που πρέπει να υπάρχει μέσα στο πλαίσιο μιας επιχείρησης καθώς επίσης και πως επηρεάζονται μέσα από διάφορες κρίσεις. Ακόμη, στο έβδομο κεφάλαιο παρουσιάζονται οι επιρροές που έχει η διοίκηση ανθρώπινων πόρων στις εργασιακές σχέσεις. Στο τελευταίο μέρος της εργασίας παρουσιάζεται μια εμπειρική έρευνα, που πραγματοποιήθηκε μέσω ερωτηματολογίου, η παρουσίαση των αποτελεσμάτων και των συμπερασμάτων που απορρέουν.",
