    "description" : "Στην παρούσα εργασία θα γίνει λόγος για την σπουδαιότητα και την συμβολή των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων στην οικονομία. Επίσης, παρουσιάζονται τρόποι και πηγές χρηματοδότησης των μικρομεσαίων επιχειρήσεων (χρηματοδότηση μέσω ΕΣΠΑ, Ιδιωτικών Κεφαλαίων, Ξένων Επενδυτών κ.α.), καθώς και ο ρόλος του marketing αλλά και τα εργαλεία και οι στρατηγικές marketing που χρησιμοποιούν οι μικρομεσαίες επιχειρήσεις για την επίτευξη των στόχων τους. Τέλος, παρουσιάζεται η συγκεκριμένη κατηγορία επιχείρησης ως μια παραγωγική επιχείρηση και πως αυτή επιβιώνει στο ελληνικό επιχειρείν. Η εταιρεία που έχει επιλεχθεί ως μελέτη περίπτωσης είναι η εταιρεία ‘’Μανιτάρια Δίρφυς’’. Πρόκειται για μια εταιρεία η οποία δραστηριοποιείται στην καλλιέργεια φρέσκων μανιταριών καθώς απευθύνεται στην ελληνική αγορά. Λόγω ότι πρόκειται για εταιρεία ΜμΕ, δίνεται ιδιαίτερη έμφαση σε θέματα όπως είναι το Marketing και οι στρατηγικές του, στις μορφές χρηματοδότησης, στον τρόπο λειτουργίας αλλά και στην ανάπτυξη της Επιχειρηματικότητας.",
