    "description" : "Η αιολική ενέργεια, ο άνεμος, υπήρξε μια από τις πρώτες πηγές ενέργειας που χρησιμοποίησε ιστορικά ο άνθρωπος.  Ένα απλό παράδειγμα που δείχνει την ευρύτατη εφαρμογή του ανέμου στις καθημερινές ανάγκες της ζωής, είναι τα ιστιοφόρα πλοία καθώς και οι γραφικοί ανεμόμυλοι των διαφόρων νησιών. Η διαδικασία επιλογής και αξιολόγησης θέσεων για εγκατάσταση ανεμογεννητριών και αιολικών πάρκων βασίζεται τόσο στην υπολογιζόμενη πυκνότητα ισχύος της τοποθεσίας όσο και στην εμπειρία του μηχανικού που θα\nλάβει την τελική απόφαση.  Συχνά η πυκνότητα ισχύος δεν είναι το μόνο κριτήριο αξιολόγησης.  Ένας έμπειρος μηχανικός πρέπει να επισκεφτεί την υποψήφια θέση, να εξετάσει προσεκτικά τη μορφή του εδάφους και του γύρω\nχώρου για τυχόν εμπόδια, να συνυπολογίσει την επίδραση που θα έχουν οι ανεμογεννήτριες τόσο στο φυσικό περιβάλλον\nκαι στον άνθρωπο (θόρυβος, αισθητική κλπ) καθώς και την\nαβεβαιότητα και την αξιοπιστία των μεθόδων υπολογισμού του αιολικού δυναμικού. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο της παρούσας εργασίας εξετάζονται οι ανάγκες οι οποίες οδήγησαν \nτους ανθρώπους και τις χώρες τους στην στροφή στις ανανεώσιμες πηγές ενέργειας και κυριότερα στην αιολική.",
