    "description" : "Στην παρούσα πτυχιακη διατριβή αναλυεται η παραγωγή\nγαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων αιγών και προβάτων από την περιοχή της Θεσσαλίας. Αρχικά στα εισαγωγικά κεφάλαια εξηγούνται οι λόγοι για τους οποίους ο κλάδος της αιγοπροβατοτροφίας είναι ο σημαντικοτερος κλάδος για τη χώρα μας αλλά και η μεγάλη σημασία του σε συνάρτηση με τη μορφολογία του εδάφους των ορεινών και ημιορεινών περιοχών της Ελληνικής αγροτικής\nοικονομίας. Στη συνέχεια αναφέρονται οι σημαντικότερες κατηγορίες γαλακτοκομικών προϊόντων της Ελλάδας από μικρά μηρυκαστικά, ενώ συγχρόνως παρατίθενται και ορισμένα παραγωγικά στατιστικά στοιχεία σε σύγκριση αφενός με το αγελαδινο γάλα και αφετέρου με άλλες Ευρωπαϊκές χώρες.\nΣτα επόμενα και ειδικότερα κεφάλαια της διατριβής αναλύεται\nεκτενέστερα ο κλάδος της γαλακτοπαραγωγού αιγοπροβατοτροφίας από την  περιοχή της Θεσσαλίας, εξηγώντας παράλληλα τους λόγους για τους οποίους χαρακτηρίζεται ως η σημαντικότερη Περιφέρεια για τον κλάδο. Επίσης πραγματοποιείται συζήτηση για την ενδεχόμενη περαιτέρω αναπτυξη του κλάδου, τη βιολογική του μορφή, την αειφορική του διαχείριση, αλλά και τορόλο των αγροτικών συνεταιρισμών.",
