    "description" : "Στην παρούσα ερευνητική μελέτη γίνεται ανάλυση της τεχνολογίας παρασκευής του σοκολατούχου γάλακτος καθώς και το ποια ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά του ελέγχονται πριν αυτό γίνει διαθέσιμο στην αγορά και τον καταναλωτή. Στο πρώτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται η ιστορική αναδρομή και η προέλευση του κακάο που δίνει το χαρακτηριστικό χρώμα και γεύση.\n\nΣτο δεύτερο κεφάλαιο γίνεται μια ανάλυση της κίνησης του προϊόντος στην παγκόσμια αγορά, το πώς κινείται η αγορά του γάλακτος στην χώρα μας (Ελλάδα) αλλά και οι επιπτώσεις που έχει η εξάπλωση του ιού COVID-19 στην αγορά του σοκολατούχου γάλακτος.\n\nΤο τρίτο κεφάλαιο αφιερώνεται στα κύρια συστατικά που χρησιμοποιούνται για την παραγωγή του σοκολατούχου γάλακτος, γίνεται αναφορά για την διατροφική αξία και χημική σύσταση του γάλακτος, την παραγωγική διαδικασία του κακάο και των γλυκαντικών μέσων που μπορούν να χρησιμοποιηθούν και το γιατί γίνεται η χρήση σταθεροποιητών και αρωματικών ουσιών.\n\nΣτο τέταρτο κεφάλαιο γίνεται ανάλυση της παραγωγικής διαδικασίας που ακολουθεί μία βιομηχανία  γάλακτος για να παραχθεί και να διατεθεί στην αγορά το συγκεκριμένο προϊόν.\n\nΣτο πέμπτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται την διατροφική αξία του προϊόντος τόσο κατά την παιδική ηλικία όσο και για τα ευεργετικά χαρακτηριστικά του μετά την άθληση.\n\nΣτο έκτο κεφάλαιο αναφέρεται στις εργαστηριακές αναλύσεις που εφαρμόζονται κατά τον ποιοτικό έλεγχο του σοκολατούχου γάλακτος.\n\nΤέλος αναφέρονται τα συμπεράσματα των παραπάνω κεφαλαίων",
