    "description" : "Το αντικείμενο της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η καλλιέργεια σιταριού σε λάκκους και η σύγκριση με την κλασική μέθοδο.\n   Το πείραμα πραγματοποιήθηκε σε πειραματικό αγρό του Πανεπιστημίου Δυτικής Μακεδονίας στη Φλώρινα την καλλιεργητική περίοδο 2018-2019. Το πειραματικό σχέδιο που χρησιμοποιήθηκε ήταν η σπορά μεμονωμένων σπόρων σε λάκκους, βάθους 40εκ. και πλάτους 40εκ. Κατά την διάρκεια της καλλιεργητικής περιόδου μετρήθηκαν η φυτρωτική ικανότητα, το ύψος Μαρτίου, η ημερομηνία άνθησης, το τελικό ύψος, η απόδοση, και το βάρος 1.000 κόκκων. Από τις μετρήσεις που πραγματοποιήθηκαν και τις παρατηρήσεις που πάρθηκαν προέκυψαν ενδιαφέροντα στοιχεία για την σύγκριση της απόδοσης των μεθόδων. Καταγράφηκε  μεγαλύτερη απόδοση σε σύγκριση με την κλασική μέθοδο,   μεγαλύτερο ύψος  Μαρτίου και τελικό ύψος, μικρότερο βάρος 1000 κόκκων και οψιμότερη άνθιση.",
