    "description" : "Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής διατριβής είναι να παρουσιάσει και να αναλύσει την εμφιάλωση του νερού καθώς και τον ποιοτικό έλεγχό του. Αρχικά, στα πρώτα κεφάλαια θα παρουσιαστούν δεδομένα για την ιστορική αναδρομή του εμφιαλωμένου νερού καθώς και την σημασία του στο περιβάλλον.  \nΣε επόμενη ενότητα, θα αναλυθεί η ποιότητα του πόσιμου νερού και οι κατηγορίες του όπου χωρίζεται στο εμφιαλωμένο νερό και το απλό νερό βρύσης. Πιο αναλυτικά, το εμφιαλωμένο νερό διαφοροποιείται σε Επιτραπέζιο νερό, Φυσικό μεταλλικό νερό και Ανθρακούχο νερό. Επιπρόσθετα στα επόμενα κεφάλαια θα αναλυθούν τόσο οι επιπτώσεις του εμφιαλωμένου νερού στην υγεία του καταναλωτή αλλά και στο περιβάλλον. Επίσης, θα παρουσιαστούν κάποια στοιχεία τόσο για την παγκόσμια και εγχώρια κατανάλωση νερού καθώς και οι καταναλωτικές τάσεις. \nΚλείνοντας, στα επόμενα κεφάλαια, θα παρουσιαστεί αναλυτικά η παραγωγική διαδικασία εμφιάλωσης του νερού συμπληρώνοντας με ένα σχετικό διάγραμμα ροής της διαδικασίας. Ακολούθως, θα γίνει μια αναλυτική παρουσίαση περί της νομοθεσίας των εμφιαλωμένων νερών σε τομείς τόσο χημικούς όσο και μικροβιακούς. Στα τελευταία δυο κεφάλαια θα παρουσιαστούν τα ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά του εμφιαλωμένου νερού σε φυσικοχημικό και μικροβιολογικό επίπεδο.",
