    "description" : "Σκοπός της παρούσας πτυχιακής εργασίας ήταν η αξιολόγηση η αξιολόγηση γενοτύπων σκληρού σίτου  για αγροκομικά και ποιοτικά χαρακτηριστικά. Χρησιμοποιήθηκαν πέντε νέες σειρές σκληρού σίτου, του εργαστηρίου σιτηρών του Ινστιτούτου Γενετικής Βελτίωσης και Φυτογενετικών Πόρων, ΕΛΓΟ-ΔΗΜΗΤΑ και ως μάρτυρας η ποικιλία Mexicali-81. Το πειραματικό σχέδιο ήταν αυτό των πλήρως τυχαιοποιημένων ομάδων με τρεις επαναλήψεις. Το πειραματικό τεμάχιο αποτελούνταν από 4,5 m2 και συγκεκριμένα από 6 γραμμών μήκους 3m που απείχαν 0,25m μεταξύ τους. Η σπορά πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 22 Νοεμβρίου του 2021 στο αγρόκτημα του Ινστιτούτου Γενετικής Βελτίωσης και Φυτογενετικών Πόρων σε συνεργασία με το εργαστήριο σιτηρών. Η λίπανση περιελάβανε βασική λίπανση στην κατεργασία με 20kg/στρ. φωσφορική Αμμωνία (16-20-0). Η επιφανειακή λίπανση πραγματοποιήθηκε στις 13 Μαρτίου και περιελάβανε 20kg/στρ Νιτρική αμμωνία  (34,5-0-0).  Έγινε καταγραφή των παρακάτω παρατηρήσεων: 1) ημερομηνία ξεσταχυάσματος, 2) ύψος φυτού,  3) απόδοση, 4) εκατολιτρικό βάρος, 5) βάρος 1000 σπόρων, 6) (%) περιεκτικότητα σε πρωτεΐνη 7) (%) περιεκτικότητα σε γλουτένη. Βρέθηκαν σημαντικές διαφορές μεταξύ των γενοτύπων για την απόδοση, το ύψος φυτού, την ημερομηνία ξεσταχυάσματος, το βάρος 1000 κόκκων, το εκατολιτρικό βάρος και την περιεκτικότητα σε πρωτεΐνη. Εντοπίσθηκε ένας υποσχόμενος γενότυπος με τον  κωδικός 1, ο οποίος υπερείχε της ποικιλίας μαρτυρά Mexixali-81 κατά 77,6 kg/στρ ή ~21%, είχε μικρότερο ύψος κατά ~(13cm), ήταν πρωιμότερος κατά 3ημέρες, είχε υψηλότερο εκατολιτρικό βάρος και βάρος 1000 κόκκων, ενώ δεν υστερούσε σε περιεκτικότητα σε πρωτεΐνη.",
