    "description" : "Στην εργασία που ακολουθεί γίνεται αναφορά στον αμπελοοινικό τομέα του νομού Καστοριάς. Συγκεκριμένα, επισημαίνεται και αναλύεται  η ιστορία του, η καταγωγή του, οι ποικιλίες και τα προϊόντα της αμπέλου  καθώς και η πολιτική που εφαρμόζεται στο τομέα της αμπέλου και του οίνου. Σκοπός της εργασίας είναι η ανάδειξη της πορείας της καλλιέργειας, τα προγράμματα στήριξης του κλάδου καθώς και η πολιτική που υπάρχει και εφαρμόζεται στο νομό όπως και σε όλη τη χώρα. Επίσης, μέσω στατιστικών στοιχείων παρουσιάζεται η εξέλιξη της παραγωγής και των εκτάσεων των αμπελώνων τόσο σε όλη την Ελλάδα όσο και στο νομό της  Καστοριάς. Επιπλέον, παραθέτονται στοιχεία σχετικά με τις επιδοτήσεις που έχουν λάβει τα  Οινοποιεία του νομού για την βιολογική τους καλλιέργεια, καθώς και για τα κρασιά των Οινοποιείων που έχουν χαρακτηριστεί ως Τοπικοί Οίνοι και στη συνέχεια ως Προστατευόμενες Γεωγραφικές Ενδείξεις.",
