Οι αλλαγές της ψυχολογικής κατάστασης της εγκύου είναι γνωστές από την αρχή του μαιευτικού επαγγέλματος, καθώς ανέκαθεν οι γυναίκες παρουσίαζαν αλλαγές στη διάθεση, τη στάση και τον τρόπο με τον οποίο αντιλαμβάνονται διάφορες καταστάσεις. Ο σκοπός της πτυχιακής εργασίας είναι η συγκέντρωση και η καταγραφή των σύγχρονων δεδομένων επί του θέματος, καθώς και η κατάλληλη προσέγγιση των επαγγελμάτων υγείας.",
