    "description" : "Η εγκυμοσύνη είναι μια πολύ συγκεκριμένη και περίπλοκη περίοδος στη ζωή μιας γυναίκας. Οι συνοδευτικές αλλαγές παρατηρούνται όχι μόνο στο βιολογικό / φυσιολογικό επίπεδο αλλά και στην ψυχολογική και κοινωνική της λειτουργία. Η αλλοίωση της ψυχολογικής λειτουργίας μπορεί να συμβεί από την αρχή μέχρι το τέλος της εγκυμοσύνης, συμπεριλαμβανομένης της μετά τον τοκετό περιόδου. Κατά τη διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης, εμφανίζονται ορατές αλλαγές στην εμφάνιση του σώματος, καθώς και στη θηλυκότητα, τις αισθήσεις και τη σεξουαλικότητα, ενώ η θέση και ο ρόλος της γυναίκας αποκτούν νέες ιδιότητες. Σε μεγαλύτερο ή μικρότερο βαθμό, κάθε μέλλουσα μητέρα αισθάνεται ψυχολογική αμφισημία, συχνές αλλαγές στη διάθεση από την εξάντληση έως την εξύψωση, τις συναισθηματικές διαταραχές ή τη μικτή αγχώδη-καταθλιπτική διαταραχή. Επιπλέον, η εγκυμοσύνη προκαλεί ορισμένες ιδιαίτερες ανησυχίες σχετικά με την πορεία και το αποτέλεσμα, γεγονός που καθιστά τη γυναίκα ιδιαίτερα ευάλωτη και απαιτεί κατάλληλη θεραπεία, ανάλογα με τις προσαρμοστικές ικανότητες της προσωπικότητάς της. Επιπλέον, από ψυχοκοινωνική άποψη, η εγκυμοσύνη θα μπορούσε να θεωρηθεί ως μια ιδιαίτερα άκρως συναισθηματική κατάσταση, η οποία μπορεί να είναι ισχυρός στρεσογόνος παράγοντας. Το περιγεννητικό άγχος της μητέρας μπορεί να οδηγήσει σε διάφορες επιπλοκές που μπορεί να έχουν σοβαρές συνέπειες τόσο για την σωματική όσο και για την ψυχική λειτουργία του νεογέννητου. Αυτή η αναθεώρηση θεωρεί την εγκυμοσύνη ως ένα περίπλοκο ψυχολογικό φαινόμενο και διερευνά πολλαπλές αλλαγές στην ψυχολογική λειτουργία της γυναίκας τόσο σε κανονικά όσο και σε ψυχολογικά πολύπλοκα μαθήματα της εγκυμοσύνης.",
