    "description" : "Η παρούσα πτυχιακή εργασία έχει ως σκοπό την αναλυτική παρουσίαση του θέματος : Τεχνικές εμβολιασμού της αμπέλου (Vitis vinifera). Σε κάθε κεφάλαιο καταβλήθηκε προσπάθεια για την παρουσιάσει των περιεχομένων θεμάτων με τρόπο απλό, κατανοητό καθώς επίσης χρησιμοποιήθηκε πλούσιο οπτικό υλικό για την καλύτερη κατανόηση των θεμάτων από οποιουδήποτε αναγνώστη, ακόμα και του μη εξειδικευμένου πάνω στο θέμα αυτό. \n    Στα παρακάτω κεφάλαια που ακολουθούν, θα δούμε την ιστορία του αμπελιού, τον τρόπο με τον οποίο διαδόθηκε και έγινε γνωστός στην Αρχαία Ελλάδα. Έπειτα αναφέρεται η ιστορία της αμπελουργίας στην Ελλάδα, καθώς η σημερινές στρεμματικές εκτάσεις τον επιτραπέζιων σταφυλιών και τον σταφυλιών για την παραγωγή του οίνου.",
