    "description" : "Η παρούσα εργασία αποτελεί μια ανασκόπηση της βιβλιογραφίας για την λοίμωξη του τραχήλου και γενικά παθολογία των βλεννογόνων του ανθρώπινου σώματος από τον ιό των ανθρώπινων θηλωμάτων, όσο αφορά το γενικό μέρος της εργασίας. Η ανασκόπηση προσεγγίζει πολύπλευρα τον ιό των ανθρωπίνων θηλωμάτων(HPV) αρχικά από την σκοπιά της μικροβιολογίας, την παθοφυσιολογία και εν τέλει την ογκογενετική του επίπτωση, ακολουθώντας την φυσική πορεία της λοίμωξης από τον ιό.\nΕπιπλέον, αναλύονται τα πρωτοβάθμια μέσα πρόληψης, τα μέσα\nπληθυσμιακού ελέγχου κατά της λοίμωξης με την χρήση της κυτταρολογίας, της κολποσκόπησης και της βιοψίας/ιστολογίας.\nΙδιαίτερη ανασκόπηση συμβαίνει για το γυναικείο αναπαραγωγικό σύστημα και πιο συγκεκριμένα τον τράχηλο της μήτρας που προσβάλλεται από τον ιό των ανθρώπινων θηλωμάτων. Η σπουδαιότητα της λειτουργίας του τραχήλου της μήτρας είναι πολύ σημαντική για την γονιμότητα, την ολοκλήρωση της εγκυμοσύνης και κατά την διάρκεια του τοκετού. Ως εκ\nτούτου, η παθολογία του τραχήλου της μήτρας από την γυναικολογική σκοπιά και η εμπλοκή της παθολογίας του τραχήλου από τον ιό των ανθρώπινων θηλωμάτων κατά την διάρκεια της εγκυμοσύνης, αποτελεί τον κύριο σκοπό\nεκπόνησης της εργασίας μας και της διεξαγωγής συμπερασμάτων για την αποκρυστάλλωση της προχωρημένης μαιευτικής φροντίδας των γυναικών, όπου η εγκυμοσύνη τους και ιδιαίτερα ο τοκετός περιπλέκεται από την λοίμωξη. Το ειδικό μέρος της εργασίας αφορά την εκτέλεση έρευνας του πληθυσμού με την χρήση ερωτηματολογίου, που αντιμετώπισε την οποιαδήποτε παθολογία στον τράχηλο τους από τον ιό των ανθρωπίνων θηλωμάτων. Ο σκοπός της έρευνας είναι να δούμε πώς επηρέασε η παθολογία του τραχήλου τους την εγκυμοσύνη και ιδιαίτερα τον τοκετό τους.",
