Ένα πρώτο ερώτημα που τίθεται είναι αν οι καλοήθεις όγκοι της μήτρας μπορούν να συνυπάρξουν με μια αρχόμενη κύηση για την ομαλή έκβαση της. Αναφερόμενοι στους καλοήθεις όγκους στην εργασία\nπαρουσιάζονται και αναλύονται οι πιο συχνοί όγκοι που απασχολούν τους γυναικολόγους. Αυτοί είναι τα ινομυώματα, οι ενδομήτριοι πολύποδες και η αδενομύωση. Η ανάλυση τους περιλαμβάνει αρχικά τα κλινικά χαρακτηριστικά τους,\nτην μορφολογία τους και στην συνέχεια την διάγνωση και τα θεραπευτικά μοτίβα που υπάρχουν. Έπειτα, αφού αναλυθούν οι βασικοί ορισμοί, δίνετε απάντηση στο κυρίαρχο ερώτημα της διπλωματικής το οποίο είναι: μπορούν να συνυπάρξουν οι καλοήθεις όγκοι της μήτρας με μια κύηση; Μέσα από συνεχείς μελέτες χρόνων προκύπτει το συμπέρασμα ότι σαφή απάντηση δεν δίνεται και μόνο η συνεχής έρευνα και προσπάθεια μπορεί να διαλευκάνουν το τόσο σύγχρονο και μείζον αυτό θέμα.",
