    "description" : "Το καλαμπόκι  ή  αραβόσιτος είναι μονοκότυλο φυτό της οικογενείας των Αγρωστωδών, με επιστημονικό όνομα Zea mays. \n       Το καλαμπόκι ανήκει βοτανικά στα Gramineae, στη φυλή Maydeae, που περιλαμβάνει επτά γένη. Ανήκει στις εαρινές καλλιέργειες και δίνει τα καλύτερα αποτελέσματα σε γόνιμα, με καλή περιεκτικότητα σε οργανική ουσία και  καλή αποστράγγιση εδάφη. Είναι ετήσιο φυτό ψηλό με χοντρό ορθό και συμπαγή βλαστό, στενά μακριά φύλλα σε σχήμα σπαθιού με κυματιστά άκρα. Στην κορυφή του φυτού υπάρχει η αρσενική ταξιανθία που ονομάζεται φόβη. Η θηλυκή ταξιανθία ονομάζεται σπάδικας. Το καλαμπόκι κατατάσσεται σε 7 τύπους ανάλογα με τα χαρακτηριστικά των σπόρων του το σκληρό, οδοντωτό, αλευρώδες, σακχαρώδες, κηρώδες, μικρόκοκκο και καλυμμένο. Σκοπός της παρούσας μελέτης  ήτανη σύγκριση  των\n6ελληνικών πληθυσμώνως προς την ειδική \nσυνδυαστική τους ικανότητα και ο έλεγχος τηςετέρωσης των παραγομένων εξ αυτών υβριδίων.",
