    "description" : "Η εργασία  στοχεύει να παρουσιάσει τον τρόπο με τον οποίο μπορούν να μπουν αυτά τα φυτά στον κύκλο των καλλιεργειών. \nΕίναι χωρισμένη σε δύο μεγάλα μέρη. Το πρώτο μέρος παρουσιάζει γενικά πως μπορεί να γίνει η εγκατάσταση μιας μονάδας με αρωματικά και φαρμακευτικά φυτά. Αναλύονται σε αυτό τρόποι πολλαπλασιασμού των βοτάνων, προετοιμασίας του αγρού πριν την εγκατάστασης της καλλιέργειας, φροντίδας της καλλιέργειας, συγκομιδής, ξήρανσης και αποθήκευσης \nτου προϊόντος αλλά και τρόπους και μεθόδους χρήσης του.  Επίσης, αναλύεται και ο βιολογικός τρόπος καλλιέργειας αυτών των φυτών. Υπάρχει ειδικό κεφάλαιο  που  αναφέρεται  στα  απαραίτητα  μηχανήματα  για  τέτοιου  είδους \nκαλλιέργειες. Και τέλος, στο ίδιο μέρος (πρώτο) υπάρχει ένα κεφάλαιο που ασχολείται με την Σαπωνοποιία. \nΤο δεύτερο μέρος της εργασίας είναι αφιερωμένο στα πέντε αρωματικά φαρμακευτικά φυτά.",
