    "description" : "Η καλλιέργεια της πιπεριάς είναι γνωστή στο νομό της Φλώρινας από παλιά, αποτελούσε βασικό προϊόν της περιοχής και μάλιστα εξαγώγιμο σε άλλες περιοχές και σε άλλες χώρες των Βαλκανίων. Τις δεκαετίες του ’60 και ’70, η παραγωγή πιπεριάς ανερχόταν σε υψηλά επίπεδα, σε αυτό συνηγορούσαν και οι εδαφοκλιματικές συνθήκες της περιοχής, έκτοτε άρχισε να μειώνεται σταδιακά, ώσπου έφτασε σε σημείο η πιπεριά να παράγεται από λίγους και σε μικρές ποσότητες. Η πιπεριά αν και αποτελεί ένα από τα κυριότερα λαχανικά στο τραπέζι του Έλληνα, δεν έχει προσεχθεί όσο θα έπρεπε. Στη συνέχεια θα ακολουθήσει μια παρουσίαση του φυτού της πιπεριάς, η τεχνική καλλιέργεια, οι στόχοι της βελτίωσης και τέλος τα αποτελέσματα και τα συμπεράσματα του πειράματος που πραγματοποιήθηκε.",
